Auto Intensive Care

I have been using Auto Intensive Care for 10-12 years. During this time I have been extremely pleased with their communication and service. They have always taken care of the issue I came to them with and turned me around in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, I have been offered service loaners cars if the repairs were going to take an extended amount of time. I highly recommend going to them with your repair issues.

Let me just say these are a true group of talented technicians guided by Mike Schum who is the owner. Wow he gives you pictures and understanding of what is going on with your car. I am so impressed I give them 5stars +. Please take your vehicle here!!!

This is officially my new go to mechanic shop. Tim and the rest of the team were great. They were able to get me in quickly, figure out the issue, and fix it same day.

We are from California on a cross country trip with our travel trailer. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 truck with a 6.7 Cummins engine. My check engine light came on the day we pulled in to Savannah GA. I had a very hard time trying to find a shop that would work on my truck because of its age. (Never heard of such a thing) I finally found Auto Intensive Care. Thank Goodness! This could be a very long story so I’ll keep it short. Bottom line is time was of the essence due to the 4th of July holiday and needing to check out of our campground the day after. I called AIC and spoke with Tim Singleton. He was so pleasant to speak with and had a genuine care for our situation. Not only did they take in my “old truck” to repair with no question. But they gave us a very nice courtesy vehicle to drive (At no charge!). They repaired my truck in one day! I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional and most excellent service I received from Tim and the team at AIC. If you’re in the area or a local and need your vehicle repaired. This is the place! Highly recommend! Five stars, two thumbs up. Great job AIC team. Never change what you’re doing!

This was my first time at Auto Intensive Care. I found them through Google. I called and spoke with Mike about my concerns. He was very nice and reassuring. I set up an appointment and went in for a diagnostic/consultation concerning my 2011 Toyota Rav4 sometimes having a sluggish or slow start cranking up. Mike and the service mechanic Ross came back and discussed the possible senerios with me and included me in the thought process. We came up with possible solutions to the problem. I say we because I was made to feel like I mattered and what I thought mattered. As a female dealing with mechanics and car repairs, we sometimes feel taken advantage of. This was not the case. Thank you for your care and understanding. I will be back.
